Last night I suddenly found the words for a fear I had, and in that moment, realized what change I needed to make to better connect with Spirit and quiet the voice of my Ego. These pictures show the step-by-step process of using creativity to change my mind and create a new habit.
I find that the process of creating (anything) can become more than just a singular act when made conscious. More than “just” drawing, writing, photographing, these processes can also be used as rituals to set an intention for the way things will be different once the creative process is finished.
