Day 59: Why You’re Here Today

amazing2I have fallen in love with this affirmation. It is one of my favorites and I even dedicated TWO Post-it notes to it. Each time I look at them up there on my window I’m reminded of all the ways I can be amazing: sharing a smile, making a slow meal, creating something, breathing deeply, choosing not to be angry, supporting a loved one, giving money to a street musician, noticing the blood flowing in my muscles, moving mindfully, sharing knowledge…
